OUR CHASSIS ARE DESIGNED AROUND THESE HEADERS
When we are designing our chassis, one of major things we take into consideration is engine and exhaust clearance. If you are building in one of our chassis, you can be confident that these will fit without issue.
The Sanderson BB1 headers are designed to fit big block Chevrolet engines from 396s to 454s, in addition to the 502. These will fit in cars, trucks, and street rods, prioritizing tight fit and performance. With a height of less than 11" from the center of the exhaust ports, these headers virtually eliminate ground clearance issues. They boast a 2" tighter fit to the block compared to other blockhugger headers.
These headers have a 16-gauge and collector tube thickness, with a primary tube diameter of 1-7/8" and a collector diameter of 3". They have a 3/8" thick flange with a patented design that requires NO Gaskets, making them the tightest fitting header available.
The Big Block Chevy Block Hugger Headers are MADE IN THE USA
For added convenience, there is an option to include professionally TIG welded V-Bands onto your headers. This feature enhances durability and ease of use.
