Agent Orange was built to be a solid trail wheeling machine that would carry the family, and still be able to handle hard core trails. The owner of this build wanted something that stood out, but was kept clean and not too crazy looking. The ride height was kept very low on this Jeep by cutting into the hood and raising the rear shocks up into the fender wells.
The parts list of this build are strong and simple. A GM small block 383 engine out fitted with an Affordable Fuel injection TPI kit rests under the hood. That is backed up with a Chevy Turbo 400 and an Advanced Adapters Atlas transfer case. The front axle is a General Motors 1 ton Dana 60 loaded with Yukon Chromoly 35 spline axle shafts, and a Detroit locker. The rear axles is a Dana 70 packed with Yukon 35 spline axle shafts and a Detroit locker. The axles are held in place by 1 1/4" QA-1 Rod ends set up with single triangulated 4 link suspension front and rear. The shocks are 2.0" x 14" Fox Racing Shocks matched with 2.0" x 4" travel Fox Air Bump Stops. MRW wheels with some our signature bead lock rings are wrapped in 44" Super Swamper TSL tires.
The interior of the Jeep was kept simple and clean. Corbeau seats provide comfortable seating for all. The gauges are Auto Meter Carbon Fiber series. A B&M shifter keeps the transmission doing what it is supposed to do.
Over all Agent Orange is a clean built rig that will handle the toughest trails, all while being able to take more than one person with you on your adventure. Clean good, looks makes it an eye catcher every where it goes, and it still holds that clean Jeep style.
