CNC Machinist/Operator/Programmer
- Run a Haas VF-3YT CNC Vertical machining center and a ST-30Y CNC Lathe with Y axis milling
- Responsible for setting-up, programming, and the operation of the equipment from end-to-end.
- Perform in process inspections to assure products will meet requirements using measuring instruments, i.e., I.D. and O.D. micrometers, calipers, read blue prints, etc.
- Communicate with shop leadership and other parties as required to achieve end objectives.
- Monitor and record duration and completion of work performed.
- Must be willing to work, to be proactive, to have a good attitude, strong work ethic, initiative and drive.
- Must be willing to work overtime when required. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma and experience setting up and programming CNC machines. Must be able to conduct full CNC set-up processes, and be able to edit programs at the CNC machine. We need someone that can take the job from start to finish. Must be able to communicate and read English.
Experience on the HAAS equipment is a must.
