We are currently looking for an experienced "rockstar" fabricator to join our team. You will be working with the best of the best to produce chassis, cages, axle components, and all types of other products. Tube bending and welding will be a major part of this person's everyday activity. Attention to detail on cleanliness and aesthetics of their welds will be a key to success.
This person will need to:
Have fabrication experience either at a professional or hobbyist level. We don't care if you have worked in the industry but we do need you to have the skills to fill the roles of the job
Have a real passion for building vehicles. This isn't a sit in a weld cell all day pumping out the same part over and over. This is where you will be a major part of building a complete vehicle. There is something about taking raw metal,a pile of parts ,and hard work that ends up being a vehicle that runs and drives that ignites something in a few people. We are looking for those people
A great attitude. This is generally added to a list of employment qualifications as standard procedure. But we are serious about it. We are looking for the right team member, not another warm body with a pulse. Your everyday demeanor should be positive
Appreciate a top level motorsports workspace. We have invested a lot into our facility by adding equipment, software, processes, research and development and other top level talent team members to have one of the best shops of its kind in the US. They guys that appreciate this will fit right in
Know how to take a project from conception to a done product. A lot of fabricators can build certain individual things and do that very well. Only a select few can take an idea and form a complete assembly of parts and fabrication processes in their mind to complete a multifunction product. We are looking for the guy that understands a build as a whole. Each part relies on the other parts in a build. They all have to work together to create a functional vehicle
We are looking for "builders". The guys that wake up wishing he had somewhere to go and care about what they build everyday
If you want to just collect a check for your time this probably isn't where you want to be. If you want a place where you can come in and grow as a builder every day there is nowhere else you would want to be. The right person for this job is someone that wants to be a part of a great organization in the Motorsports industry. Ideally they take pride in their work, as well as knows what it takes to get the job done effectively and on time.
