Providing services is the back bone of Wide Open Design. When we build a vehicle we do not out source any thing for fabrication. So be confident that we can handle any project for your off road machine.
	Turn Key Builds Wide Open Design specializes in building full turnkey vehicles. Our vehicles are built from a mix of what the customers wants and what we come up with to turn out the best vehicle possible. We have built a variety of vehicles ranging from full bodied rigs all the way to one off tube buggies. We believe in pushing each vehicle to be better and better. We take all of our knowledge from each build and add to the next one to keep breaking new ground with each of our builds. We build all of our rigs with both weight and durability in mind to come up with the best mix of the two for what the customer needs. We take in to account all of the drive train that is going in to a vehicle so we can build a suitable vehicle for what it will be used for. This way when you get a vehicle from us it will suit all of your needs. We build our vehicles with a show car fit and finish, as well as a look that you will only receive from here. When you have us build you a vehicle you can rest assured that you will have a one of a kind rig that will turn heads where ever you may go. All of our builds are built as unique vehicles that are built just for the customer and do not start with a generic chassis. All of our builds start with taking the parts to be used and building a chassis to fit them. This way we end up with a chassis that can suit all of our needs, and not having to settle for any thing less that what we want. WE BUILD 100% CUSTOM VEHICLES!!!
	Custom Cages and Tube Bending Wide Open Design builds custom cages for any vehicle ranging from Jeeps to race cars. Although we do not offer a bare chassis we do offer rock sliders, one off tube fenders, and any thing else you can dream up for us to do with a tube bender. Do not hesitate to contact us with any ideas you may be wondering about.
	Machine Shop Services We also have a machine shop that is set up handle a variety of jobs. With the end less opportunities of jobs we can handle you must contact us for details about the services we can offer. No job is too large or too small! Plasma Cutting We have a plasma cutting table that is capable of cutting up to 1” thick steel. If you can get us a dimension we can get it cut. There are a few different ways to get us the dimensions. If the parts are easy then a simple e-mail or phone call will work. If they are more detailed parts then send us a scan of a clear hand sketch of what you need, or the most preferred would be a CAD drawling sent to us to look at. Welding TIG Welding -Aluminum, Steel, Stainless Steel MIG Welding –Steel
	Differential Work We can change your gearing to make your crawler perform better as well as add lockers and any other type of differential work.
	Lift Kits We install lift kits on a large variety of vehicles. With the large variety of lift kit manufactures and different vehicles you will have to contact us for specific details.
	Axle Swaps From a Dana 44 to a 2 ½ to Rock Well we have swapped them.
	Custom Suspensions Wide Open Design can provide custom 3 and 4 link suspensions as well as build you a leaf sprung suspension that will flat out work. We have built many systems and focus on performance and durability. We build some of the toughest suspensions in the industry. We understand what it takes to make a suspension work and hold up for years of abuse. On our Crawler suspensions we set them up for a low ride height and still give the up travel for a good ride. We can also add air bump stops for a smooth ride while pushing hard off road.
	Steering Systems We sell and install many different variations of full hydraulic and hydraulic assist steering. We can help you find out the right combination of parts for your rig to perform its best. We also can provide heavy duty tie rods as well.
	Drive Train Swaps We have swapped many different engine combinations in to many different vehicles. We specialize in fuel injected engine swaps and getting performance from them. All of our vehicles have had fuel injected engines, and we have built some of the highest horsepower trial rigs there are. We get them to be calm natured crawlers that are able to open up and run out strong on the top end. Dependability is top on our list when working on a drive train swap. We make sure the vehicle is ready to fire up and be dependable before we are done.
