When Tod Mcquary came to us with the idea for what he wanted done to his RZR we were excited to take on the task! He wanted a custom cage like no one had seen before, and a set of sliders to protect the bottom of his ride.
We built the cage and sliders for this machine by TIG welding 1.75 4130 tubing for the main structure with a mix of 1.5 and 1.25 4130 tubing for all of the support tubes. Using quality fabrication mixed with sleek styling we gave this customer exactly what he wanted. With a lowered the roof line, and making sure a Polaris wind shield would fit after we trimmed it a bit we fit some of the customers wishes. Then we installed a set of custom PRP suspension seats, and had it powder coated red to put the finishing touches on this ride.
Overall this project was a fun one that let our creative side come out, and it turned out with a one of a kind look.
